Distance Healing

I offer Distance Healing for those who cannot travel or wish to be kept in my thoughts at significant times in their life. You may contact me at 973-714-8269 to arrange a time and day.

One of the basic teachings of healing with Reiki is that we are more than our physical bodies. We also have an energy body made up of our aura (energy fields), the chakras (energy centers) and the meridians (energy pathways.) Like our physical body that takes in food to nourish it and give it energy, our energy body does the same. The energy fields take energy in, the chakras break it down, and the meridians distribute it throughout the body. Reiki creates and promotes self-healing, balances energies and revitalizes. Reiki can help you heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. Reiki knows no boundaries. Since there is no such thing as time and distance in Reiki, energies can be sent to anyone or anything anywhere across the world, to a problem or challenge. We simply intend to connect with each other and we are in the same space. One of the benefits of distance healing is that you can receive the healing without going anywhere, at least in your physical body.

Complimentary Session: I will provide a complimentary session to introduce you to Reiki with the hope that you will derive benefit from the experience and decide to schedule a full session. We will get acquainted. I will ask you questions about what you wish to work relating to the following areas: Physical body (How are you feeling? Are you having any discomfort or pain?) Emotional (How are you feeling emotionally. Is there something that is making you feel happy or something that is making you feel sad? ) Mental (Do you have too much on their mind or are you worried about something? Does your head feel like it is ready to explode?) Spiritual (How does your spirit feel? Do you experience the sacredness of everyday life or is everyday just another day? Do you feel alone and unprotected in the world?) Before I am ready to begin sending Reiki, I will ask you to allow the Reiki energy to heal and address all of their levels of being and to allow themselves to receive this healing energy. Or you can just receive Reiki for the experience of it! I will center myself. You will relax into a receptive mode. We will be together in the silence for about 15 minutes. Afterwards, we discuss your experience and I will answer your questions and give you any intuitive guidance that came through during your session. This session will take about 20 minutes.
